She Runs, a CSR initiative by Mega Motor Company (MMC)

She Runs, a CSR initiative by Mega Motor Company (MMC), is a 10-week women’s marathon training programme that will equip 10 women from Karachi with the training, guidance and support needed to prepare for and complete a marathon at the BYD Karachi Marathon on January 3, 2027.

Whether you’re looking to take your running journey to the next level or fulfil your ambition of running a full marathon, She Runs offers an opportunity to turn that goal into reality. The programme will select 10 women from Karachi with an athletic background and a passion for running, providing them with expert coaching, endurance training, nutritional guidance, physiotherapy, transport and safety, and dedicated mentorship to build the strength, stamina and confidence needed to complete a marathon.

More than a training initiative, She Runs is about discovering your strength, building confidence and being part of a community of women who encourage one another to keep going. It is an opportunity to challenge your limits and prove to yourself that you are capable of more than you imagined.

We believe that Pakistan’s future progress begins with developing the potential of its women, and empowering them with the support, resources and opportunities needed to pursue their ambitions and dreams.

Every marathon begins with a first step. Is this where your journey begins?
